MINUTES FROM THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING HELD ON THE 26 DAY OF DECEMBER 2018, IN
THE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M, IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS, AT 2:30 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Tish Humphrey, Joe P. Rodriquez, Paul Davidhizar, Mari Montgomery
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Clyde D. Loll, Ronald Allen, Joe Emmett, Tyler McCaffety
OFFICERS PRESENT: Lee Woodward, City Secretary

CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.

Councilmember Rodriguez moved to adopt Ordinance 2019-09 to canvass the returns of the municipal runoff election held

on the 15 day of December 2018, for the purpose of electing a Position 2 At-Large Councilmember of the City of Huntsville,
Texas; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Davidhizar. The motion was adopted, 5-0.
