MINUTES FROM THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON THE 1 DAY OF NOVEMBER 2018,
HUNTSVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY COMMUNITY ROOM, 1219 13TH STREET, HUNTSVILLE, TX 77320, AT 5:30 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Paul Davidhizar, Clyde D. Loll, Joe P. Rodriquez, Tish Humphrey
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Ronald Allen, Keith D. Olson, Tyler McCaffety, Joe Emmett
OFFICERS PRESENT: Aron Kulhavy, City Manager; Lee Woodward, City Secretary
SPECIAL SESSION \[5:30 P.M.\]
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGES
U.S. Flag
Texas Flag: Honor the Texas Flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state, under God, one, and indivisible.
Mayor Brauninger gave the invocation and led the pledges.
3. STATUTORY AGENDA
a. Presentation, public comment, discussion, and possible action to consider progress on the Transportation Master
Plan.
Representatives of HDR Engineering presented their preliminary review of the community and discussed
considerations for the work on the master plan.
4. MEDIA INQUIRIES RELATED TO MATTERS ON THE AGENDA
There were no inquiries.
5. ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
(Hear announcements concerning items of community interest from the Mayor, Councilmembers, and City staff for which
no action will be discussed or taken.)
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brauninger adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
