MINUTES FROM THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON THE 30 DAY OF
OCTOBER 2018, WALKER COUNTY STORM SHELTER, 445 STATE HIGHWAY 75 NORTH, HUNTSVILLE,
TX 77320, AT 5:30 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Paul Davidhizar, Clyde D. Loll, Tish Humphrey, Ronald
Allen, Keith D. Olson
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Joe P. Rodriquez, Joe Emmett, Tyler McCaffety
OFFICERS PRESENT: Aron Kulhavy, City Manager; Lee Woodward, City Secretary
With a quorum present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. City Health Inspector Terrence Bell
gave an invocation and U.S.A. Boy Scout Troop 114 posted the colors and led the pledges. City Manager Aron
Kulhavy presented the annual State of the City address. The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
