RESO 1981-10 - CDBG FundsRESOLUTION NO. 81 -10
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, deems it necessary and proper
to apply for Federal Grant Assistance under the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant and the rules and
regulations pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Huntsville, Texas, that Gene Pipes, the City Manager of Huntsville, Texas,
be and is hereby authorized and directed to make application for grant
assistance under Housing and Community Development Act and the rules and
regulations pursuant thereto, and to sign the acceptance of the grant
assistance, when made, and any other documents required to complete the
project, on behalf of the City.
