A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING ITS CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
RELATED TO DWI -STEP PROGRAM.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas did approve an
application to the Texas State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation for a DWI - STEP program; and
WHEREAS the State has approved said application;
NOW, FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement on behalf of the City with the Texas Department of Highways
and Public Transportation for a DWI - STEP Program from October 1,
1983, to September 30, 1984.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
