RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF
STATE HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER
THE STATE OF TEXAS

CITY OF HUNTSVILLE § September 20, , 1983
MOTION was made by Councilmember Dowling and seconded by
Councilmember Corley that the City of Huntsville
accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 81169-00145 passed by the
State Highway and Public Transportation Commission on August 25, 1983, for the
improvement by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation on the
roads described below and the City of Huntsville agrees to furnish all required
right of way clear of obstructions and free of cost to the State:
US Highway 75 at 13th Street, 16th Street, 17th Street, Avenue I,
Farm to Market Road 1374, Sycamore Avenue and Lake Road on Farm to
Market Road 247 at Farm to Market Road 2821
