A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, APPROVING A TAX ROLL
WHEREAS the Appraisal District has previously submitted to the City an
appraisal roll; and
WHEREAS the Assessor has entered the amount of tax as provided by Property
Tax Code § 26.09 in the appraisal roll; and
WHEREAS the appraisal roll with amounts of tax entered as approved by the
City constitutes the City's tax roll;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
Section 1: The tax roll for the year 1986 is hereby approved.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after
its passage by City Council.
