RESO 1987-18 - JC Loving RetirementRFSOLUTTON NO. 87-18
WHEREAS for a combined total of thirty years, -a. J.C. Loving has been an
employee of the City of Huntsville and a plans his retirement from
said Municipal Corporation, and
WHEREAS while working as an employee of the Police and Utility Departments
during his tenure he has also been a member of the Fire Department on
a volunteer and part time basis, and
WHEREAS Mr. Loving's expertise, loyalty and interest in the Utility and Fire
Department areas have generated a respect and admiration among his
fellow workers and firemen that is seldom equaled, and
WHEREAS his contributions to his community and fellowman throughout his life
of service with the City are for too numerous to list but are
none-the-less genuine and worthy of note.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS
that
Mr. J.C. Loving
be recognized for his career of service to his community and congratulated
upon his retirement with best wishes for many happy years of crappie fishing
and hunting in the lakes and woods around the City he loves.
Unanimously passed and approved the the 15th day of December 1987 and to
attest are placed the hands of City Council and the seal of the City.
