A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SETCIC CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE AND HARRIS COUNTY.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, has considered an
agreement to implement a computer system known as the Southeast Texas
Crime Information Center ("SETCIC"); and
WHEREAS the City Council desires the City of Huntsville to fully participate
in that program;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute an agreement for
services of SETCIC, between the City and the County, said
agreement being incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage by City
Council.
