A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, INFORMING THE EPA THAT IT
HAS REVIEWED THE MUNICIPAL WATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT FOR THE
N.B. DAVIDSON WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville informs EPA Region 6 that it has reviewed the
Municipal Water Pollution Prevention Environment Audit Report dated March
10, 1992, for the N. B. Davidson Wastewater Treatment Facility, NPDES
Permit No. TX 0022373 (South WWTP).
SECTION 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED by a unanimous vote on the 31st day of March, 1992.
