A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, SUBMITTING NOMINEES FOR THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALKER COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS Section 6.03 of the Texas Tax Code provides for the nomination and election of a
Board of Directors for Appraisal District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville, Texas, a taxing unit, nominates the following for positions
on the Board of Directors of the Walker County Appraisal District.
Fred Cherry
Jerry Larrison
Ralph Lawson
Sue Martin
J. S. Robinson
Joyce Robinson
Willie Williams
SECTION 2: These nominations are authorized by this resolution of City Council as adopted on
this the 24th day of October, 1995.
