A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES FOR
TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
CONTRACT 716379.
WHEREAS The City has received funding under the 1996 Texas Community Development
Program; and
WHEREAS It is necessary to designate signatories for contractual documents pertaining to this
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
SECTION 1: The City Council designates City Manager Gene Pipes, Director of Finance Patricia
Allen, Accounting Supervisor Martha Blume as authorized signatories for State of
Texas Purchase Vouchers for Texas Community Development Program Contract
716379.
SECTION 2: The City Council designates City Manager Gene Pipes, Director of Finance Patricia
Allen, Accounting Supervisor Martha Blume as authorized signatories for Requests
for Advance or Reimbursement for Texas Community Development Program
Contract 716379.
SECTION 3: The City Council directs and designates Mayor William B. Green as the City's Chief
Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all matters in connection
with Texas Community Development Program Grant 716379.
