A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, REGARDING THE LEASE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING AN 8 YARD DUMP
TRUCK AND A 12 YARD DUMP TRUCK.
WHEREAS The City of Huntsville desires to enter into that certain Lease Purchase Agreement
dated June 4, 1997, between the City of Huntsville and Consolidated Financial
Resources, Inc. for the purpose of financing an 8 yard dump truck and a 12 yard
dump truck. The City of Huntsville desires to designate Gene Pipes, City Manager
and Danna Welter, City Secretary, as authorized signers of this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville will enter into a Lease Purchase Agreement with Consolidated
Financial Resources, Inc. for the purpose of financing an 8 yard dump truck and a 12
yard dump truck.
SECTION 2: The City of Huntsville will designate Gene Pipes, City Manager, and Danna Welter,
City Secretary, as authorized signers of the Lease Purchase Agreement dated as of
June 4, 1997, by and between the City of Huntsville and Consolidated Financial
Resources, Inc.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville in a meeting held this
3rd day of June, 1997.
