WHEREAS Charlecia Johnson will be a successful four -year graduate of Sam Houston State
University on August 7, 2010, with a degree in Criminal Justice; and
WHEREAS her professors have described this student as dynamic, intelligent, and serious, one
must believe that Charlecia is on the road to much success in her future; and
WHEREAS those who recommend Charlecia to us have mentioned her strong commitment to
helping others, her interest in teaching and her active volunteerism, leading us to
expect that she will continue to be an asset to her community and the world, and
WHEREAS Charlecia intends to return to Sam Houston State University this fall to pursue a
Master degree and continue her tradition of education accomplishment and
exceptional community service and leadership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYPROCLA MED, by the power vested in me as Mayor of
the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
