WHEREAS JamesArchie began working for the City of Huntsville on May 28, Yg78
as a service technician; and
WHEREAS Mr. Archie's hard work and attention to his job over the years resulted
in promotions to mechanic, senior mechanic and finally fleet manager;
and
WHEREAS the City of Huntsville has been greatly enriched through Mr. Archie's
training and supervision of those who have worked for and with him;
and
WHEREAS Mr. Archie will retire on May 31, 2010, and enjoy fishing'and visiting
with his children and grandchildren, including his second grandchild
just born on May 6th 2010; and
WHEREAS The City of Huntsville formally thanks James Archie for his
commitment and devotion during 32 years of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYPROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as
the Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
