A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE TO
EXECUTE THE RELEASE OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER PIPELINE TO THE TENASKA PROJECT; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas ( "City ") has acquired water pipeline easements for the
construction of the water pipeline serving the electric generating facility owned by Tenaska Frontier Partners,
Ltd. in Grimes County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the easements include a temporary construction easement for the construction of the
water pipeline; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to release the temporary construction easement to the various
property owners once the construction of the pipeline has been completed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: The temporary construction easements for the construction of the water pipeline serving
the electric generating facility owned by Tenaska Frontier Partners, Ltd. in Grimes County, Texas, may be
released upon verification from the construction contractor that the construction of the pipeline is complete
on the property involved in the release and the Mayor or City Manager of the City of Huntsville, Texas, are
hereby authorized to execute said releases in behalf of the City of Huntsville.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
