A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLICIES PERTAINING TO THE PROVISION OF
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF
SUBSTANDARD DWELLINGS UNDER THE CITY'S ALLOCATION OF 1998 HOME
INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT (HOME) PROGRAM FUNDS FROM THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the attached statements, titled 1998 HOME Policies and
Procedures, Affirmative Marketing Policy, and General Construction Specifications shall be
established as the official policies of the City and shall guide the implementation of
rehabilitation activities of the City's HOME Program until such time as they may be
amended or deleted by the City Council.
PASSED and APPROVED this 9th day of March, 1999 by the City Council of the City
of Huntsville, Texas.
