A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GARY R. TRAYLOR & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO
ADMINISTER THE CITY'S 2000 HOME PROGRAM AND PROVIDE GRANT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS HOME PROJECT; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
that:
SECTION 1: The firm of Gary R. Traylor & Associates, Inc. is hereby engaged to administer
the City's 2000 Home Program and provide grant management services in connection with this
HOME project. The City Manager is further authorized to enter into a contract with Gary R.
Traylor & Associates, Inc. to perform certain administrative services for any grants awarded the City
of Huntsville for the 2000 HOME Program. The fee for providing such administrative services shall
not exceed $34,375.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
