A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GARY R. TRAYLOR & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO
PREPARE AN APPLICATION OR APPLICATIONS FOR GRANTS UNDER THE TEXAS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
that:
SECTION 1: The firm of Gary R. Traylor & Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare
an application or applications in behalf of the City of Huntsville for grants under the Texas
Community Development Program at no cost to the City. The City Manager is further authorized
to enter into a contract with Gary R. Traylor & Associates, Inc. to perform certain administrative
services for any grants awarded the City of Huntsville as a result of an application prepared by Gary
R. Traylor & Associates, Inc. The fee for providing such administrative services shall be in an
amount equal to the budget established for general administration at the time the application is
approved for submission by this governing body, but in no event shall such fee exceed an amount
equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Project Cost.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
