A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
REPEALING RESOLUTION 2015-08.
WHEREAS The City Council of the City of Huntsville,Texas met on April 23, 2015 and approved
Resolution 2015-08;
WHEREAS After additional consideration, the City Council wishes to repeal Resolution 2015-
08;

NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville,Texas,that:
SECTION 1: Resolution 2015-08 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 281h day of April 2015.
