A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, SUBMITTING ITS NOMINEE FOR
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALKER COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS Section 6.03 of the Texas Tax Code provides for the nomination and election of a
Board of Directors for Appraisal District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville, Texas, a taxing unit, nominates the following for positions
on the Board of Directors of the Walker County Appraisal District:
1. Mary Nell Cherry
2. Dale Dixon
3. Pete Haynes
4. Jerry Larrison
5. Sue Martin
6. Cecil Williams
7. Willie Williams
SECTION 2: This nomination is authorized by this resolution of City Council as adopted on this
the 9th day of October 2001.
