A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTVILLE, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE McDONALD CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER LINE; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, received a grant from the Texas Water
Development Board to construct the McDonald Creek Interceptor Sewer Line (Contract No.
HV -030); and
WHEREAS, the McDonald Creek Interceptor Sewer Line and related improvements have
been constructed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1: The sewer improvements including sewer lines and related appurtenances in the
McDonald Creek section of the City of Huntsville, Texas, commonly known as the McDonald Creek
Interceptor Sewer Line Project, are hereby finally accepted by the City of Huntsville, Texas.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
