A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTVILLE, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE ROBINSON CREEK OUTFALL SEWER LINE; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, received a grant from the Texas Water
Development Board to construct the Robinson Creek Outfall Sewer Line (Contract No. HV -029).
WHEREAS, the Robinson Creek Outfall Sewer Line and related improvements have been
constructed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1: The sewer improvements including sewer lines and related appurtenances in the
Robinson Creek section of the City of Huntsville, Texas, commonly known as the Robinson Creek
Outfall Sewer Line Project, are hereby finally accepted by the City of Huntsville, Texas.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
