A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
UPDATING THE PRIORITY LIST OF PARK PROJECTS TO THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE'S PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in 1997, the City Council adopted the Parks and Recreation Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Master Plan's priority list of projects must be updated to meet the Texas
Parks and Wildlife Department's guidelines; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
that:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville's Parks and Recreation Master Plan adopted in 1997 is
hereby amended to add a new Project Priority List as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein and the Council adopts this Project Priority List into its Parks and Recreation
Master Plan.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective from and after the date of its passage.
