A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE FISH HATCHERY SEWER LINE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, received a grant from the Texas Water
Development Board to construct sewer service in the Fish Hatchery Road area of the City
(commonly known as the Fish Hatchery Sewer Line); and
WHEREAS, the Fish Hatchery Sewer Line and related improvements have been constructed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
that:
SECTION 1: The sewer improvements including sewer lines and related appurtenances in
the Fish Hatchery Road section of the City of Huntsville, Texas, commonly known as the Fish
Hatchery Sewer Line Project, are hereby finally accepted by the City of Huntsville, Texas.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd DAY OF JANUARY 2002.
