DESIGNATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
HOUSTON - GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL
2005 GENERAL ASSEMBLY

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Huntsville, Texas that the following be and are
hereby designated as the representative and alternate of the General Assembly of the Houston -
Galveston Area Council for the year 2005:
REPRESENTATIVE Steed Smith
ALTERNATE Judy Kayse
FURTHER THAT, they are hereby, designated as the representative and alternate to the Board
of Directors of the Houston - Galveston Area Council for the year 2005.
THAT, the Executive Director of the Houston - Galveston Area Council be notified of the
designation of the hereinabove named delegate and alternate.
