A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, SUBMITTING ITS NOMINEE FOR
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALKER COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS Section 6.03 of the Texas Tax Code provides for the nomination and election
of a Board of Directors for Appraisal District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, that:
SECTION 1: The City of Huntsville, Texas, a taxing unit, nominates the following for
positions on the Board of Directors of the Walker County Appraisal District:
1. Dave Brinson
2. Dale Dixon
3. Gary House
4. Jerry Larrison
5. Sue Martin
6. Wayne Scott
7. Cecil Williams
SECTION 2: This nomination is authorized by this resolution of City Council as adopted on
this the 11th day of October 2005.
