RESO 2008-02 - Accept Parker Creek collector sewer lines, TWDBRESOLUTION NO. 2008-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE
PARKER CREEK COLLECTOR SEWER LINES; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, received a loan from the Texas Water
Development Board to construct the Parker Creek Collector Sewer Lines (Contract No.
HV -045, TWDB Project 21090 CID 07);
WHEREAS, the Parker Creek Collector Sewer Lines and related improvements
have been constructed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1: The improvements commonly known as the Parker Creek Collector
Sewer Lines are hereby finally accepted by the City of Huntsville, Texas.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its
passage.
