ORDINANCE NO. 83 -49
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 12, MOTOR VEHICLES
AND TRAFFIC, BY THE REPEAL OF ARTICLE IX, SPECIAL
REGULATIONS AT SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, that
Section 1: Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby amended
by the repeal of Article IX, Special Regulations at Sam Houston
State University.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and
after its passage by City Council.
