AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING ARTICLE VII, RATES, OF
CHAPTER 9, GARBAGE, REFUSE AND RUBBISH, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, ALTERING
THE RATES FOR REFUSE COLLECTED BY THE CITY; MAKING
VARIOUS FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUurSVITJ.F, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: Chapter 9, "Garbage, Refuse and Rubbish ", of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby amended by the
repeal of Article VII, Rates, as presently constituted, and by the
adoption of a new Article VII, that shall read as follows:
