ORD 1984-40 - Amend Ch 11B Mobile HomesORDINANCE NO. 84 -40
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS. AMENDING CHAPTER 11B
OF THE HUNTSVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCE BY ELIMINA-
TING THE CONNECTION FEE FOR MOBILE HOMES; AND
MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas; to -wit:
Section 1. Chapter 11B, Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles,
is hereby amended by the repeal of Section 11B -13 (b) as pre-
sently constituted, and by the addition of a new Section 11B -13
(b) that shall read as follows:
Chapter 11B. Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles . .
Article II. Connection Permits . .
Section 11B -13. Connection permits required; application,
issuance, fee; inspections and inspection approval stickers . .
(b) All applications for connection permits shall be made
upon terms provided by the building official and shall
contain the name of the manufactured home owner, his
mailing address and or description of the manufactured
home for which application is made. The applicant shall
submit a copy of the manufacturer's instructions for
installation of the manufactured home. Additionally,
permits shall be obtained from the city for a foundation,
driveway, electricity, plumbing, etc.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage by a majority vote ;.;lithe City Council.
