AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 6, BUILDINGS AND
BUILDING REGULATIONS BY REDUCING COMMERCIAL DRIVEWAY
REQUIREMENTS; AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1: Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby amended by the
repeal of Figure 6 -34 -3 as presently constituted, and by the adoption
of a new Figure 6 -34 -3 that shall read as follows: -----.
