ORD 1986-22 - Heating ACORDINANCE NO. 86 -22
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, REPEALING CHAPTER 10A, HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND
MECHANICAL REFRIGERATION INSTALLATION; AND MAKING OTHER
PROVISIONS AND FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
WHEREAS Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. art. 8861 (1983) (the Texas Air Conditioning
Contracting License Law) now regulates persons engaged in the heating,
ventilating and air conditioning business;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: Chapter 10A, Heating, Air Conditioning and Mechanical
Refrigeration Installation, of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
