ORD 1989-20 - Cable TV Rate Increase $1.05 08-15-1989ORDINANCE NO. 89-20
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN BASIC CABLE TELEVISION
:RATES; AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO.
WHEREAS the cable operator in the City has requested permission to increase
its rates for basic cable service; and
WHEREAS the City has considered such request;
Now, therefore, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, that:
Section 1: City Council approves an increase of Huntsville Cable T.V. rates
for basic cable service not to exceed the following:
basic subscriber service $11.50 per month
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
