AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
ADOPTING THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLAN AND TRUST, AND
MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS AND FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1: The City of Huntsville Employee Health Plan And Trust (Plan
Document) which includes the revisions effective July 1, 1988 as
adopted by Ordinance No. 88-11, is hereby ratified and adopted.
Section 2: The Mayor and any three councilmembers of the City of Huntsville,
Texas are authorized to execute the plan document attached hereto,
which shall be the City's Employee Health Plan and Trust.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1988.
