AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, APPOINTING SCOTT BOUNDS, ITS CITY
ATTORNEY, AS ITS AGENT AND ATTOW.EY IN FACT FOR PURPOSES .52
OF TERMINATING THE SOUTHWEST.-LIF FE
INSURANCE PROGRAM;
DESIGNATING SCOTT BOUNDS AND WILLIAM B. GREEN AS
TRUSTEES FOR THE CITY; AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS AND
FINDINGS RELATED HERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
that:
SECTION 1: Scott Bounds, City Attorney, is hereby designated as the agent and attorney in fact ,
for the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, for purposes of terminating the
retirement program with SouihweAife Insurance Company.
SECTION 2: Scott Bounds, City Attorney, and William B. Green, Mayor, are hereby designated
as Trustees for the City of Huntsville Employees Retirement Plan, and any prior
designations are hereby revoked
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
