AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING TITLE 20, MOTOR VEHICLES AND
TRAFFIC, OF ITS CODE OF ORDINANCES BY REPEALING PARKING
LIMIT ZONES ON 11TH STREET AND ON SAM HOUSTON AVENUE;
AND MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
THAT:
Section 1: The following described curb zones are repealed as parking limit zones:
IM
11th Street South Sam Houston Avenue to 30 Minute
University Avenue
8:00 am - 5:00 pm M -F Only
Sam Houston Ave. East 11th Street to 12th Street 30 Minute
8:00 am - 5:00 pm M -F Only
Section 3: Schedule IV, Parking Limit Zones, of Title 20, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, shall be revised to reflect the
amendments made by this ordinance.
Section 4: The City Manager is authorized and directed to cause the removal of proper signs
along the above described streets and parking zones.
Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
