' ORDINANCE NO. 97-09
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, ORDERING ITS CITY /COMMUNITY PLANNER
TO PREPARE AN ANNEXATION SERVICE PLAN; AND MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1. Patrick Antwi, the City /Community Planner for the City, is hereby ordered to prepare
a service plan that provides for the extension of full municipal services to the areas
proposed to be annexed.
Section 2. City Council proposes to annex the areas designated on the map signed by the
Mayor, dated and described as "Annexation Areas ".
