The City Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas having enacted a Rodent Control Ordinance and
provided for the publication of a descriptive caption
or title thereof, the following shall be published in
The Huntsville Item, namely:
AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROTECTION OF
THE PUBLIC HEALTH BY CONTROLLING OR PREVENTING
THE SPREAD OF RAT -BORNE DISEASES AND INFECTIONS
BY THE ELIMINATION OF INSANITIIiRY CONDITIONS ASSO-
CIATED tirITH SUCH DISEASES, BY EXTERMINATION OF
RATS, AND BY RATPROOFING OF STRUCTURES AND MAI-N-
TENANCE MEREOF IN A RATPROOFLD CONDITIONS.
