BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLS , IN
COUNCIL ASSEABL`D:
That the Hon. Sam I:cKinney, I: ayor of the City of
Huntsville, Texas, is hereby authorized, empowered and instructed
to purchase from Sam Justice all that certain lot, piece or parcel
of land within the corporate limits of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, beinZ part of Lot Twenty -One, in Block Seven, according
to the map and plan of said City of Huntsville, Texas, fronting
forty feet on the South side of Eleventh Street, between
Avenues J and K, being the same property conveyed to the said
Sam Justice by L' Lrs.A.E.Cotton, by deed dated September 29, 1922,
and recorded in Volume50, page 472, of the Deed Records of .
Walker County, Texas, to which reference is here made for further
description of said premises; and the said Sam NaKinney, hayor,
is further authorized, empowered and directed to pay and
causeto be paid to the said Sam Justice, out of any fund on
hand or out of any fund authorized by law to be created for the
purpose of the purchase of a fire station, the sum of Three
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars (;3,650.00).
IT IS FURTEM ORDAINED that this Ordinance be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
