COUNCIL ASSEMBLED i
SECTION I• That the Judge of the Corporation Court
within and for the City of Huntsville, Texas# shall here•
after have and receive the cum of One and 70/100 Dollars
(01,70)t Payable out of any unappropriated funds of said
City, for each and every criminal case tried and f inally
disposed of on the merits,
:SECTION II All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SIXTION III -- This ordinance shall take effect Tian
and after its passage and approval.
The above and fore oing ordinance was referred to the
