Huntsville, Texas, under and 'by virtue of the plans and specifica-
tions heretofore filed 'herein, and in accordance with the contract
awarded to the Tibbetts Construction Company, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to make up a list and statement of the
0717ners of 8.butting property on Eleventh Street, from its inter-
section with Avenue 0 %West to its intersection with igl,1171ay T o.32
and on Highway 32 from its intersection with Eleventh Street
T\orthwest to the City Limits, and a statement of the names of the
owners of said abutting property, and the amount of feet fronting
on said streets owned by each _- eparate o, ;ner of abuttin property
thereon, and a statement of the cost of said pavement per front
foot to the abutting property owners and the cost of said pavement
to be adjudged against the City (or County) and the pro rata part
of the cost of said pavement to be adjudged against each separate
-property owner and his abutting property, and thL total amount of
each assessment against each separate property owner, according to
the front toot plan, said assessment aid re-oort to show the number
of front feet abutting on said streets, owned by each separate
property owner, and the cost of said pavement per front foot, accord-
ing to the front foot rule or plan, and t=ie total amount to be paid
by each separate property owner and against each said separate
piece of property, and showing the total mount to be assessed
aainst the abutting)roperty owners and the total amount to be
paid by the City (orCounty), and the total cost of said entire
pave ent.
hick said ordinance, having been referred in open council
to the Coimittee on -- , was by said Committee
reported back to the Council:ith the recommendation that the
same be adopted. Thereupon said ordinance was adopted by unanimous
vote and approved in open council at an adjourned meeting, whereat
two - thirds of all members were presents, on this 16th day, f April,
1928.
