BE IT ORJAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUiiTSVILLE, IN COUNCIL A33EK3LEDs
That the bid of Tibbetts Construction Company for the
furnishing of all the materials and labor for and the construction
complete oz the pavement of reinforced concrete on hleventh Street
from its intersection iith Avenue O'Jest to its intersection with
State Highway No.32, and the paving of Highway No.32 from its
intersection with eleventh Street Northwest to the City Limits,
5ein;g the highest and best bid offered for the paving of said streets
in accordance with the advertisement heretofore made therefor, be and
the same ie hereby accepted, and said bid, together with the
advertisement therefor, shall be recorded by the Secretary in the
Minutes of this Council.
AND IT I3 FURTHER 011WAIIED that the City Engineer be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and have executed a
proper contract for said pavement, in accordance with the plans
and specifications therefor and in accordance with said bid, end when
such contract and bond have been duly executed by the successful bidder,
the same shall be referred to the City Council for its acceptance and
apy:) roves 1.

to the �jtreet and 3ridge Committee in open council on the day .end
date hereof, was referred back by said Committee � %,ith its recommendation
that the ame be adopted.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the above and foregoing
ordinance ,,was adopted oy unanimous vote and approved in open council
this 16th day of April, 1928.
