on to be considered by the City Council of the City of untsville,
at an adjourned meeting held on said date , a quorum being present,
t -;e contract and bond with GeLoClark, for the -;paving of a jjortion of
Avenue L, extending South fro:.. Seventeenth Street to the South line
of the street running East and -Test adjacent to and South of the Sam
ouston State Teachers College carpus; and it appearing to the
Council that ::aid contract and bond are in proper form. and have
been duly executed a2 of date the 17th day of Iiovember, 1927, and
the Council being satisfied with the sureties on the Contractor's
Bond:
IT 'WAS THERRFORE ADOPTED by unanimous vote of the Council
that said contract and bond be and the same are hereby in all
rest -ects a1Dproved and confirmed, and that said coat --act and bond,
