TO IFOLUDE CERTAIN PROPERTIES ADJACENT THERETO WITHIN LIMITS
PRESCRIBED.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Huntsville, Texas; ti-xtExt
That Article 29 of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Huntsville, as revised and adopted by the City Council
in the Year A. D. 1897, is hereby amended to read as follows,
to -wit:
That the certain parcel of ground in the City of
Huntsville with metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point 200 feet east of the S W corner
of Block No. 8, as laid down upon the maps of said City;
Thence North 200 feet;
Thence West, crossing 1.,ain & Jackson Streets, to a
point 200 feet :rest of the East boundary line of Block ITo. 2;
Thence South,.. crossii-:_g Cedar & Spring Streets, to
a point 200 feet South o-f the North boundary line of Block ITo. 4•
Thence East; crossing V ackson Street, to a point iyz • _
feet West of the East'boundary line of Block No. 5;
Thence -- South to the South line of Block I'o. 5;
Thence ;East with South line of Block 5, crossing
Bain Street, co-rtinuin`g East with South line of Block No. 6,
to a point 200 feet East of the itsest line of Block No. 6;
Thence {orth, crossing Spring & Cedar Streets, to

Be, and the same is her -lby declared to be within the
Fire Limits of the City of Hu itsville , on any part of which said
parcel of ground it shall be unlawful for any person to erect
or place any building or buildings of combustible material,
or of any material not fire- proof.
