Be it Ordainea by the City Council o-" the City of Huntsville:

Section `'. That every rierchant or store kef�per Within

any such manner as to obstruct the flow of the water therein.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and are hereby repealed.
$ection 5. That any person found guilty of the violation
of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in
any stun of not more than Twenty --five (x`35 )D'ollars .
Section 6. That the necessity for such trash cans creates
a public necessity, and all rules whiclt would delay the passage
of this ordinance are hereby suspended, and it shall be in full
force and effect from its passage and approval.
