Want to learn how to make your own Batik Christmas stockings just in time for the holidays? You're in luck!
The Wynne Home Arts Center is offering classes to teach a small group of students the batik process to create
Christmas-themed stockings during a two-part class to be held on November 10 and 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30
p.m.
The class is limited to 10 participants total, so interested citizens are encouraged to contact the Wynne Home

today. Registration is $25 per person, and those 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
"We are looking forward to offering a chance for a small group of participants to learn the batik process, which
involves producing colored designs on textiles using dye and wax," said Linda Pease, Cultural Services
Coordinator.
