OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 10TH DAY OF JULY, 1990 IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL

The Council met in a regular session with the foLLowing members present:

CALL TO ORDER
A special "emergency" meeting was held to discuss the acquisition of real estate (water line and
age easements) on Highway 75 North. The City Manager, Gene Pipes, advised of the fact that work is
way necessitating acquisition of the easements and in order to get out of the way of the SDHPT, and the
that the subject matter of said meeting is urgently needed to maintain and operate the City in the best
est of Huntsville, makes it an emergency or urgent public necessity that this meeting be held. He
I the City will recess into an Executive Session to discuss these matters. No other items were
ssed and no form L action was taken on the items discussed during the Executive Session.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Monday adjourned the meeting at 5:00 P.M.
