Proposals will be accepted in a sealed envelope at the City Secretary's office, 1212
Avenlue M, Huntsville, TX 77340 no later than 11:00 a,m. Central Standard Time
Thursday August 11, 2016. It Is the responsibility of the responder to have
proposal packets at specified time and location.
Request for Proposal packets will be opened with names read aloud at City Hall
1212 Avenue M beginning at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time Thursday August
11, 2016. Request for Proposal packets may be obtained from the

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED SIDS aSliiiressetj to the Mayor and
Council of the City 01 Huntsville, Texas, will be
received at the office of the City Secretary, City
Hall, 1212 Avenue M. Huntsville, Texas, until
2:00 p,m. Central Time, Tuesday,
August 16, 2016 for the purpose of furnishing all
supervision, materials, equipment and the
performing 01 all work required in the
construction of the Hill Street to Gospel MI
Sewer Realignment -- Project # 16-10.02 that
includes:
1. 480 linear feet of 6" SDR 35 PVC sanitary
sewer
2. Abandon 476 linear feet existing sanitary
sewer and two (2) sanitary sewer manholes
3. 490 linear feet of 4" SCE -I 40 PVC sanitary
sewer service line
4. 5 Sanitary Sewer Service Taps to the City's
Sewer Main.
And Other improvements incidental thereto, at
which time and place the proposals will be
publicly opened and read aloud and retained for
tabulation, checking and evaluation. Estimated
cost of the project is In the $85,000 range.
BIDS shall he submitted in sealed envelopes
upon the blank lorm lurnished herewith. Sealed
envelopes shall be marked: "Bid for Project #
10m10-02,HLll Street 19_0_00111111 Road
Sewer Realignment ". Do not open until 2:00
p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, August 16, 2016.
