PUBLIC HEARING
On August 27, 2010 at 12:00 Noon, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of Adjustment
will hold a public hearing in the Conference Room of City Hail located at 1212 Avenue
M, Huntsville, Texas, 77340, to consider the following Variance Requests:
1. Envirovac Ltd., applicant, for a variance to section 606 Sidewalks of the
Huntsville Development Code, subject property located at 623 State Highway 75
North, Huntsville, TX.
2. JD Davis, applicant, for a variance to section 606 Sidewalks of the Huntsville
Development Code, subject property located at 7130 State Highway 75 South,
Huntsville, TX.
3. Noah Speer, applicant, for a request to encroach into the building setback, Section
502 Residential Lot Standard of the Huntsville Development Code, subject
property located at 700 State Highway 190 East, Huntsville, TX
